Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
2 tsp. dill seed
2 tsp. dry onion flakes
1/2 tsp. soda
3 1/2 c. flour
1 small container cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

In 1/2 cup warm water, dissolve 1 teaspoon sugar and yeast; let set.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add butter, eggs, cottage cheese and yeast mixture.
Mix; let rise until double.
Work down (knead a little).
Put into 2 bread pans (greased); let rise until doubled.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
Remove; brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt.
