Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. lasagne noodles
2 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. parsley
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Drain.
Cook garlic and onion in oil until soft.
Add beef and seasoning.
Cook until meat is brown.
Drain excess grease.
Add tomato paste and hot water.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Blend beaten eggs with Ricotta cheese in small bowl.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, put a thin layer of meat sauce, half the noodles, all the Ricotta cheese mixture and half the Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat with half remaining meat sauce, rest of noodles, remainder of meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
