Grilled Pork Tenderloin And Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins
    6 (1/2-inch thick) slices fresh pineapple
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
    Trim excess fat from tenderloins.
    Place tenderloins in a large, shallow dish.
    Pour marinade over tenderloins.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator 24 hours, turning occasionally.
