Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream (or yogurt)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 - 4 oz. jar pimento, chopped and drained
    1 can French fried onions (optional)
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 onion.
    Pour into one quart casserole dish.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake 5 minutes longer.
