Shrimp-Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 Tbsp. butter, melted
10 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 c. bell pepper
1 c. celery
1 c. onions
1 lb. crabmeat
3/4 stick butter
2 lb. boiled and peeled shrimp
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Saute pepper, celery and onions in butter.
Mix flour and butter and microwave 1 minute.
Add milk and microwave 5 minutes. Whisk until smooth and thick white sauce.
Mix together all ingredients and pour into casserole.
Top with crushed potato chips.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly throughout.
