Chicken Hawaiian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.), split
1/2 c. green pepper (strips)
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
Preparation

In large skillet, brown chicken in shortening (pour off fat). Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 4.
