Italian Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, divided
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped tomato
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Saute onion and green pepper in 1 tablespoon butter until tender, about 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in tomato; set aside.
