2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda, dissolved in buttermilk
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook in pie
shell
until almost done at 350\u00b0.
