Caribbean Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
    1 can condensed milk (14 oz.)
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In blender, mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, 4 whole eggs, 2 yolks and vanilla.
    Blend.
    Take sugar and caramelize (in mold) in oven at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Cover all sides of mold with sugar.
    Pour mixture into mold.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 in bain-marie for 1 hour until firm.
    To remove, replace bain-marie with cool water.
    Let set until warm, then flip onto dish and refrigerate.
