Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large brisket
    4 onions, sliced into rings
    Figaro liquid smoke
    barbecue sauce of choice
Preparation
    Trim as much fat from brisket as possible.
    Place 1/2 of sliced onion rings into a large roaster.
    Put brisket into roaster and top with remaining onions.
    Pour bottle of liquid smoke over brisket.
    Cover closely; bake at 325\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours (overnight).
    Let sit for 1 to 2 hours, then remove from juice. Discard onions and juice.
    Slice thinly and serve with barbecue sauce.
