Heavenly Dark Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
    In large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk, eggs, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Remove from mixer.
    Stir in boiling water.
    Pour into prepared pans.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool 10 to 12 minutes.
    Remove from pans to wire rack.
    Cool completely.
    Frost with Peanut Butter Frosting.
