Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. bran flakes
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine bran flakes and milk.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Add eggs and oil; beat well.
Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into greased 12 cup muffin pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
