Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    10 oz. thawed vegetable (e.g. broccoli, spinach, zucchini, cauliflower)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 9-inch pan.
    Beat eggs, Bisquick, milk, cheese and pepper in bowl for one minute.
    Mix broccoli (or vegetable of your choice) and onion into bowl.
    Pour batter into pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
