Meat Loaf With Prosciutto And Cheese(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 lb. Prosciutto
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. finely diced celery
    1/3 c. finely diced onion
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients.
    Roll out on wax paper to about 9 x 12-inch rectangle.
    Cover to within 1-inch of edges with Prosciutto, then cheese, celery and onion.
