Skokie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. ground round beef
    1 large yellow onion, peeled and chopped
    1 large bell pepper, cored, seeded and chopped
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen corn, thawed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crushed potato chips
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until 3/4 done and drain.
    Rinse in cold water; drain well.
