Stuffed Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (6 oz.) box dressing, cooked according to directions
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onion, salt and pepper.
    Put half of stuffing in casserole and add meat and carrots.
    Mix sour cream and soup and pour over carrots. Top with stuffing.
    Put in layers the stuffing, meat, carrots, soup and stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
