Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can chili with beans
    1 can Ro-Tel (optional)
Preparation
    Cut cheese into chunks in a saucepan.
    Add chili.
    Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
    A small can of Ro-Tel may be added if desired.
    Keep warm in a small crock-pot. Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.
