Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 box cook-and-serve vanilla pudding (sugar-free)
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. pumpkin
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine pudding and pie spice; set aside.
In mixing bowl, combine milk, egg and pumpkin.
Blend until smooth.
Add spice and pudding.
Stir until lumps are gone.
Pour into unbaked pie shells.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
