Cheese Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    10 oz. frozen broccoli
    10 oz. frozen cauliflower
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
    1 c. milk
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese (optional), sliced
Preparation
    Boil all vegetables in 1 quart water for 30 minutes.
    Add Velveeta and soups; simmer until cheese melts.
    (Watch and stir often to prevent burning on the bottom of pan.)
    When all melted, add milk.
