Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, undrained
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine first six ingredients in a large pan.
    Bring to boil. Cover.
    Reduce heat.
    Simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are done.
    Add milk and clams.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
