Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Combine sour cream, soda and eggs; beat well for 2 or 3 minutes.
Sift flour, then resift with baking powder and salt. Stir into creamed mixture with sugar; beat until smooth.
Put in a greased 8-inch square pan.
Sprinkle with crumb topping.
