Orange Butter Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. confectioners sugar
5 Tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Cream butter and 1 cup sugar.
Add rind.
Add juice a few drops at a time, alternately with more sugar until right consistency to spread.
Frosting may be varied in flavor by substituting 5 tablespoons of your favorite jelly or preserves for the orange juice.
