Upside-Down Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    4 slices canned pineapple
    4 servings ham slices
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine the brown sugar with melted butter; pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Cover bottom of pan with pineapple and ham. Place pan in heated oven at 400\u00b0 while preparing rice mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes, stirring.
    Spread over pineapple and ham. Cover and bake 10 minutes.
    Invert on serving dish.
