Easy Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cranberry sauce
1 can tomato soup or Manischewitz vegetarian tomato sauce
2 cranberry cans water
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs or matzo meal
Preparation

Mix ground meat, egg, crumbs and seasoning.
Form into balls. Melt cranberry sauce, water, soup and chopped onion in large pot. Bring to a boil, then lower heat.
Drop in meatballs.
Cover and cook for 1 hour.
Pour over rice, noodles or chopped boiled potatoes.
