Maryland Corn Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn (fresh or canned)
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
milk to moisten
Preparation

Beat egg until smooth.
Add corn, flour, seasoning, butter and enough milk to make a thick batter.
Grease the frying pan to cover the bottom.
Drop batter by spoonfuls, about the size of a fried oyster.
