Caesar Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Davincls fusilli
1 c. broccoli flowerets, blanched
1 c. cauliflower flowerets, blanched
1/2 c. diced cucumber, 1/2-inch
1/2 c. diced red bell pepper, 1/2-inch
1 c. Cardini's Ariginoe Caesar salad dressing
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 lemon
fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain and cool. Add broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber and red bell pepper.
Toss salad with salad dressing.
Add Parmesan cheese and chill.
To serve, squeeze lemon juice over salad.
Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley.
