Nutty Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked brown rice
    1 c. green onions with tops, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Saute rice and onions in butter until golden.
    Stir in broth and salt.
    Bring to a boil; stir once.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
    Add nuts; toss lightly.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
