Quick Steak And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 small onions, sliced
1/4 c. cooking oil
salt and pepper to taste
4 cubed steak
1 to 2 tsp. flour
1/2 c. water, or milk may be used
Preparation

Cook onions very slowly in 2 Tbls. oil until golden brown. Remove to warm platter.
Increase heat and quickly brown steaks in remaining oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Arrange on hot platter.
Stir flour into drippings and add water or milk stirring constantly until gravy boils.
Serve onions and gravy over steaks.
