Swedish Bullas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. milk, scalded
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. melted butter
    3 eggs, beaten separately
    salt
    1 yeast cake
    25 crushed cardamon seed
    flour (to mix)
    4 c. white flour
Preparation
    Scald
    milk.
    Cool
    to
    lukewarm.
    Add
    sugar,
    melted butter, salt, yeast cake and
    the eggs.
    Stir in cardamon seed and flour to mix. Turn out
    on\tfloured
    board and knead until smooth and elastic.
    Place in
    greased bowl and let rise until double in size.
    Turn out and
    tie
    in
    bowknots or braid into two loaves. Ice, if
    desired.
    Bake
    at 375\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes.
