Broccoli And Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. milk or evaporated milk
    1/2 c. real bacon bits
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Brush pie shell with some of the beaten eggs and prick crust with a fork.
    Bake for 12 minutes.
    Mix and stir remaining ingredients until well blended.
    Put into baked crust.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until firm.
