Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices rye bread
    2 slices white bread
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 sprigs parsley
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Soak bread in 1 cup water in large bowl for several minutes. Mash bread with fork.
    Add beef, onions, parsley, cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Place in baking dish.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Pour on tomato sauce; sprinkle with oregano and bake 30 minutes longer.
