Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 to 4 slices day-old bread, crumbled
1 lb. cooked sausage, crumbled
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a 2-quart baking dish, layer bread, sausage and cheese in that order.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard and pour on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set.
May be made day before. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
