Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Measure sugar, syrup and peanuts in 1-quart Pyrex.
    Cook on High 4 minutes.
    Stir; cook 3 minutes on High.
    Add vanilla, salt and margarine.
    Stir.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add baking soda. Stir well.
    Pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet and spread thin.
    Cool and break into pieces.
