3-Cheese Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. (500 g) ground beef
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. each: milk and mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. cubed Cheddar
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    salt and pepper
    9-inch frozen pie shell
    1 c. grated Mozzarella
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Saute beef in hot oil until brown.
    Drain off excess fat. Sprinkle cornstarch over meat and stir to combine.
    In a bowl, whisk together milk, mayonnaise and eggs.
    Add meat mixture, Cheddar cheese and green onions.
    Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine and turn into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella and the 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
