Butter-Crumb Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Roll potatoes in melted butter, then in mixture of remaining ingredients.
    Place in greased pan.
    Pour any remaining butter over top.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
