Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag caramels
    1/2 c. milk
    1 box German chocolate cake
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt caramels and 1/2 cup milk in saucepan (set aside).
    Mix other ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Pour 1/2 of cake batter into greased cake pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Pour chocolate chips, then pour caramel over baked batter. Top off with rest of batter and bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
