Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. spaghetti noodles
    1 small onion, diced
    1 carrot, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti according to directions on the package. Drain the noodles and add the onion, carrot and green pepper. Mix in a pan the vinegar, salt, garlic salt, oil and sugar. Bring this mixture to a boil; remove from heat and let cool. Pour over the noodles and add the celery seed. Refrigerate.
