Ingredients

1 large pizza shell
olive oil (very small amount)
basil to taste (fresh or dried)
1 clove garlic, minced
4 to 6 pieces Genoa salami or turkey salami, cut in strips
2 bunches green onions, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
Parmesan cheese, grated (to taste)
black pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (regular or low-fat)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 500\u00b0.
Brush shell lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle on basil and garlic.
Arrange salami on shell. Sprinkle with onions. Arrange tomato slices on top.
Sprinkle tomatoes with Parmesan cheese.
Add pepper to taste. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
