Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    1 small jar pimentos
    4 small carrots, grated
    1 pkg. bread stuffing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender in salted water.
    Drain and mash. Mix squash with pimentos, carrots, 1/2 package of stuffing, cream of chicken soup, onions and sour cream.
    Melt margarine and place in bottom of casserole dish.
    Put remainder of stuffing on top of margarine.
    Top with squash mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
