Bushel Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    5 c. lard
    5 lb. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    6 Tbsp. soda
    6 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. Karo (maple flavoring)
    2 lb. raisins
    1 lb. peanuts
    2 lb. quick oats
    6 lb. flour (18 c.)
Preparation
    Grind raisins and nuts together; mix together eggs, lard and sugar until creamy.
    Add milk, soda, baking powder and Karo.
    Mix well.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Drop by spoonfuls on greased and floured cookie sheets.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven until browned.
