Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large boxes vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 small box vanilla pudding (not instant)
    9 eggs
    4 c. sugar
    2 (1/2 pt.) boxes whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 gal. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar together; add whipping cream, vanilla pudding and 1 quart of milk.
    Microwave on High until thickened like pudding, stirring 2 to 4 times.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Let cool. Pour into freezer can and fill to indicated line with as much milk as needed.
    Stir and freeze according to freezer's directions. Makes 6 quarts.
