Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean beef
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    1 can mushroom pieces and broth
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut lean beef into 3/4-inch cubes; season with salt and pepper.
    Flour, then brown in margarine.
    Add onion, garlic, soups, mushrooms, broth and water.
    Simmer for an hour or until beef is thoroughly tender.
    Just before serving, stir in the Accent, sour cream and paprika.
    Heat until just to the boiling point and serve over rice or Chinese crisp noodles.
