Colombia Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 boiled, peeled medium potatoes
    5 slices ham, cubed
    1/2 can peas, drained
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. mustard
    3 boiled eggs, cubed
    3 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    ground white pepper
    chopped parsley
    salt
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except the potatoes.
    Cut cold potatoes in uniform cubed pieces.
    Add mixture to potatoes and refrigerate.
