Angel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz. total) pkg. lime gelatin
2 c. hot water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. diced celery
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
1 c. pecans
1/2 pt. whipping cream (whipped stiff)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the whipping cream.
Mix well and put in freezer to thicken.
Fold in whipping cream and refrigerate.
