Shirley'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. water
2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix well 3/4 of the soup, beef, bread crumbs, onions, water and salt.
Shape into loaf.
Place in shallow baking pan or loaf pan.
Spread the remainder of the mushroom soup on top of the meat loaf.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
