Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

1 lb. hot sausage
1 (10 oz.) Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Have sausage at room temperature.
Mix all ingredients and roll into small balls.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
