Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked zucchini
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 can Milnot
    2 1/4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Peel zucchini.
    Cook in a little water until tender.
    Drain. Put in blender and blend.
    Measure 1 1/2 cups zucchini.
    Put back in blender and blend together with the rest of the ingredients, except for cinnamon and nutmeg.
    After blending, sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the top.
    Makes one 10-inch deep dish or two 9-inch pies.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, and then at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
