Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    bread crumbs
    butter
    1 onion, sliced
Preparation
    Peel, slice and parboil potatoes and onions.
    Place in casserole dish with cheese, salt and butter.
    Pour soup mixture over potatoes.
    Sprinkle crumbs and cheese over top and bake at 250\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
