Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. popped corn
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Spread freshly popped corn in a large shallow pan.
    Put it in a very slow oven (250\u00b0) to keep warm and crisp.
    (If you want to use peanuts, sprinkle them into the popcorn that has been popped.)
