Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans tuna fish
1 can crabmeat
3 hard-boiled eggs
8 or 10 sweet pickles
3 sticks celery
1 small onion (optional)
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 c. sweet pickle vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Grind
in
food
chopper
tuna\tfish,
crabmeat,
eggs, pickles,
celery and onion.
Blend vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, seasoning
salt and cream cheese together.\tCombine all ingredients and chill well.
Garnish with stuffed olives.
(One can of salmon may also be added if desired.)
